Equinox IT Search and Selection has worked closely with several IT and Media businesses to transform their recruitment processes across the North West and South of England.

In an effort to move away from traditional "fee per placement" strategies employed by high street recruiters, Equinox IT has developed relationships whereby clients pay a fixed annual fee which covers multiple appointments across their business.  The initial feedback is that clients are saving on average 30 - 50% of total recruitment costs and more-so, providing a level of candidate due diligence which has not been seen before in the IT Search industry.  This is largely as a result of our business model of attracting Consultants who have worked within the technical, media and digital environments in which they now recruit.
